Getting Out of Body More Often

There are many techniques that one should use to help increase the chances of becoming lucid more regularly, and switching some of them up from time to time is a helpful way to encourage the right kind of change necessary for more successful lucidity, more often.

One of those important techniques is to switch up the direction, the environment, or the manner in which we sleep each night.

This means that we need to be creative when it comes to our sleeping habits, sleeping locations, and sleeping behaviors, because I’ve found that just a simple change in environment can cause the active awareness to stay spooked enough and just awake enough to help stimulate an important activity of perception.

This is actually really easy to do, and I’m going to record an audio on how to do this more regularly to help you get an even bigger boost in your nightly lucidity intensity that doesn’t take much work, but is a very important ‘trick’.

For example, if I switched a few items that were in my sleeping environment, I found this would help trigger the subtle mind to stay more alert throughout the night.

Another is the position of my sleep, whether I lie on my right or left side, or on my back, etc. And another was what direction I lay in, which made a very significant impact on how my lucidity was.

Sometimes, I would keep a certain book near the bed which I read every night, and then on certain nights, I would pick the book up and walk into the kitchen. Read it. Then set it down and go back to sleep, and that would trip me in a much more aggressive way.

We’ll talk about this, and how to cleanse and prepare so that the area is cleared of intelligences that would get in the way of lucidity, which is vitally important as well.
